FlipTech 2020 Revisited: Zoom & PearDeck (Elementary Ed & Up)

Looking back at FlipTech 2020, applying it to 2021 and beyond.

The Flipped Learning Network hosted a fully-online conference in which presenters from around the world submitted short presentations to be viewed prior to the live discussion portion of the event.  The basic idea was to find a way to share “What works in 2020” with as many people as possible within the pandemic environment.   This series takes a look back at the presentations and some of the conversations from #FlipTech2020.

Join these two #3rdchat Twitter all-stars as they walk through interaction tools that can be used in conjunction with PowerPoint and Google Slides to create engaging lessons, particularly for younger learners.  In these crazy times in education especially, we need to be mindful when planning synchronous and asynchronous lessons. In this session participants will gain more knowledge on how to utilize Pear Deck to support SEL (social emotional learning) and formative assessments in a blended/flipped learning environment. Take a stroll through this slide show and check out the great resources within.
