Video use across the spectrum
We have already run a full series defining and explaining the Digital Classroom Spectrum. In that series we talked about a few identifiable checkpoints on the range of classrooms from traditional technology free classroom to the full online classroom. This current series on video dovetails directly into that teaching series as a practical guide to creating effective video learning elements. This entry in the series discusses specifically how the same video element or group of video elements might be used by teachers at different points along the digital spectrum in their own classroom. It might be surprising how a single video can be used in very different ways and students based on the broader framework of the classroom. Let’s take a look at how we can truly get flexible and efficient use from the video content we have been learning to build in this series.
