The 9th Annual Flipped Learning Conference will be held July 19-21, 2016 in Allen, Texas. Below is registration and call for proposal information.
We’re excited to announce that this year’s conference is a flat rate of $250 per person! No more tiered pricing based on when you register. We want to make sure the conference is accessible to as many people as possible, which is why we’re keeping it low to attend. We’re still offering a pre-conference workshop schedule (TBA) for an additional $115 per person. That means you can get three days for half the cost of last year’s general conference alone.
Groups of 10 or more are eligible to receive a 10% discount off the total cost of registration (excluding pre-conference only registrations) To receive this discount, the total cost of registration must be done through a single payer. Beginning February 1, session proposals will be accepted. We’re running a tight ship this year and all proposals are due by February 20th. Acceptance and denial notices will be sent out the first week of March.

Schedule at a glance:
July 19th – What tools do people use to flip and how can you start? This is a registered preconference event that will feature hands-on training from practitioners. You’ll have one-on-one time and small group time to being making your own flipped lessons. (This is a preconference event that is added to your registration cost.)
July 20th – Wednesday will feature sessions for teachers new to flipping and flipped veterans from experts from all levels of teaching. The concurrent sessions are larger groups and focus on providing insight and formal learning opportunities.
July 21st – We’re introducing the FlipCamp. If you’ve ever been to an edCamp, you’re going to feel right at home. We’ll build the session list that morning to make sure you have an opportunity to revisit ideas or explore areas you didn’t know you wanted more information on.
